Shared Ownership in Property
How it began in the UK
A husband and wife buying a property enter into a shared ownership, just as 2 partners can buy a property in Shared ownership. The share ownership was further developed by builders, selling new buildings in London. The high cost of property in London forced property developers to sell the shared ownership. This has now become another way of buying property with shared ownership or buying a part of the property and paying only a part of the price. Shared Ownership is now advertised on all the property websites in the UK such as PrimeLocation.com. The website has a tick box for those looking for Shared Ownership
Major Estate Agent Websites
PrimeLocation.com, Zoopla.com and Right Move.com
These are all Estate Agent Internet sites advertising shared ownership properties.
